We started answering our own phone because we were tired of watching pest control turn into a call center business. Our customers speak to a person, every time. That is the rule, not the exception.
Avid Pest Control treats all of Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri for general pest control. That includes ants, spiders, roaches, termites, mosquitos, mice, fleas, ticks, and chiggers. Commercial or residential, we show up, we identify the pest, and we treat it.
We are licensed with the State of Arkansas Department of Agriculture, carry a current license number, and are fully insured and bonded. Paperwork available on request.
Before Avid Pest Control, our family ran Midwest Bed Bug Services, a franchise heat treatment company covering Arkansas. We learned the bed bug business inside out. As the brand evolved, we decided to dissolve the franchise and continue our bed bug work under our own name: Avid Bed Bug Professionals.
We now market our bed bug heat treatment service in the Central Arkansas area, which keeps us from encroaching on the Northwest Arkansas territory served by our former franchise partners. It is the respectful play, and it lets us focus on the pest work our neighbors have been asking for.
General pest control was the natural next step. Our neighbors in the Ozarks needed a family owned, licensed option that does not lock homeowners into multi year contracts. So we built one.
Howard owns the company and performs treatments alongside our son. If the technician is at your door, odds are he is an owner, not an employee running down a work order.
Rachel answers every call. She schedules service, explains treatments in plain English, and keeps the operation running. Ask for Rachel, you will get Rachel.
